Shanwari Karahi Recipe | Asli Peshawari Zaika

Ingredients (Ajzaa):
- 1 kg gosht (bakray ka ya lamb)
- 1 cup dahi
- 1 tablespoon adrak lehsan ka paste
- Salt (hasb-e-zaaiqa)
- 1 tablespoon kali mirch (kooti hui)
- 2-3 hari mirchein (bari kati hui)
- 1 cup tail ya charbi
- Adrak (julienne cut) garnish ke liye
Tayari ka Tareeqa:
- Ek karahi mein tail ya charbi garam karein.
- Usmein gosht daal kar high flame par bhun lein jab tak rang badal jaye.
- Adrak lehsan ka paste aur namak daal kar 5 minute bhun lein.
- Ab dahi daal kar ache tarah mix karein aur dhak kar 30 minutes ke liye dam par rakh dein (medium flame).
- Gosht naram hone par hari mirchein aur kooti kali mirch daal kar 5 minutes aur pakayein.
- Adrak se garnish karein aur garam naan ya roti ke sath serve karein.
Tips:
- Agar asli Peshawari touch chahte hain to tail ke bajaye charbi istemal karein.
- Zyada masale na daalein, kyunke Shanwari Karahi ki khasiyat hi iski simple taste hai.
