🍛 Shahi Badami Qorma Recipe | Dawat Wali Shahi Dish

📝 Ingredients (Ajza):
- Chicken – 1 kg (bari pieces)
- Pyaz – 3 (bareek sliced)
- Dahi – 1 cup
- Badam – 15-20 (ubhalkar chilka utaar lein)
- Adrak Lehsan Paste – 2 tbsp
- Hari Elaichi – 4
- Laung – 4
- Darchini – 1 stick
- Kali Mirch – 1 tsp
- Namak – hasb-e-zaroorat
- Lal Mirch Powder – 1 tsp
- Haldi – ½ tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
- Cooking Oil – ¾ cup
- Kewra – 1 tsp (optional)
- Doodh – ½ cup (badam paste banane ke liye)
👩🍳 Tareeqa (Method):
- Badam Paste: Badam ko ubalkar chilka utaar lein. Phir doodh ke saath blend karke creamy paste bana lein.
- Pyaz Bhunna: Oil garam karke sliced pyaz golden brown hone tak bhun lein. Nikal kar crush kar lein.
- Masala Bhunna: Usi oil mein sabut garam masalay daal kar khushboo aanay dein, phir adrak lehsan paste 2-3 min bhun lein.
- Chicken Add: Chicken daal kar 10 min bhun lein jab tak color change ho jaye.
- Dahi aur Masalay: Dahi, lal mirch, haldi aur namak daal kar 10-12 min bhun lein.
- Badam Paste: Badam paste daal kar 5 min cook karein. Zarurat ho to thora pani daal lein.
- Pyaz aur Kewra: Bhuni pyaz, garam masala aur kewra daal kar dum pe 10 min rakh dein.
🍽 Tips:
- Badam ko achi tarah blend karein taake gravy smooth ho.
- Kewra optional hai, lekin shahi touch deta hai.
- Ye dish special dawat aur khaas occasions ke liye best hai.
