- Blender me dahi, malai, cheeni aur doodh daal kar 1–2 minutes tak blend karein jab tak mixture smooth aur creamy na ho jaye.
- Agar aapko thodi patli lassi chahiye to doodh thoda aur add karein.
- Kewra essence ya elaichi powder daal kar ek aur short blend karein.
- Glasses me pour karein, upar se thodi malai aur chopped dry fruits garnish karein.
