Assalam o Alaikum food lovers! Aaj hum bana rahe hain Chicken Tikka Fry Pan Recipe – bilkul restaurant jaisa taste lekin simple ingredients aur ghar ke fry pan me. Agar aap ke paas grill ya oven nahi hai, toh tension mat lo, ye recipe aapke kitchen me easily ban sakti hai!

Ingredients (Masalay):

  • Chicken boneless ya pieces – ½ kg
  • Dahi (yogurt) – 4 tbsp
  • Lehsan adrak paste – 1 tbsp
  • Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
  • Haldi – ¼ tsp
  • Dhania powder – 1 tsp
  • Zeera powder – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – taste ke mutabiq
  • Oil – 3 tbsp (for frying)

Method (Tariqa):

  1. Sab ingredients ko ek bowl me mix kar lo aur chicken add kar ke ache se coat kar lo.
  2. Marination ke liye kam az kam 2 ghantay (agar possible ho to raat bhar) fridge me rakho.
  3. Ab ek fry pan me 2-3 tbsp oil garam karo.
  4. Chicken pieces daal kar medium flame par dono sides se golden brown hone tak fry karo.
  5. Jab chicken tender aur juicy ho jaye to thoda sa dum de do 5 minute ke liye.

Serve Karne Ka Tariqa:

Isay garam garam serve karein naan, raita aur salad ke sath. Upar se halka sa chaat masala aur lemon squeeze kar dein – maza double ho jayega!

  • Marination jitni der ki hogi, taste utna hi zabardast ayega.
  • Thoda sa smoked flavor chahiye to ek piece ko foil me dhakkan ke andar koyla jala kar rakh dein 2 minute ke liye.
  • Low flame par fry karne se chicken andar tak juicy rehta hai.
