Palak Paneer Recipe
Palak Paneer ek lajawab aur sehatmand dish hai jo palak ki taazgi aur paneer ki mulayamiyat ko mila kar banti hai. Ye dish na sirf taste me zabardast hoti hai balki nutrition se bhi bharpoor hai. Aayiye step by step dekhte hain ke Palak Paneer ghar par kis tarah banai jati hai.
Samagri
- Palak (Palak ke patte) – 500 gram
- Paneer – 250 gram (cubes me kata hua)
- Pyaz – 2 medium (bareek kati hui)
- Tomatar – 2 medium (bareek kati hui)
- Adrak Lehsan Paste – 1 tablespoon
- Hari Mirch – 2 (bareek kati hui)
- Zeera – 1 teaspoon
- Haldi Powder – ½ teaspoon
- Lal Mirch Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Dhaniya Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon
- Namak – zaiqa anusar
- Tel ya Ghee – 3 tablespoon
Banane Ka Tariqa
- Sab se pehle palak ko acche se dhokar boil karen. Jab palak narm ho jaye to ise thanda karke blender me dal kar smooth paste bana lein.
- Ek pan me tel ya ghee garam karen, usme zeera dal kar crackle hone dein.
- Ab pyaz dal kar golden brown hone tak bhunen.
- Isme adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch dal kar thodi der bhunen.
- Tomatar, haldi, lal mirch powder aur dhaniya powder dal kar masala tayar karen.
- Ab isme palak ka paste dal kar mix karen aur 5–7 minute tak halki aanch par pakne dein.
- Paneer ke cubes fry kar ke palak ke gravy me dal dein.
- Aakhir me garam masala aur namak dal kar 2–3 minute dum dein.
Parosne Ka Tariqa
Palak Paneer ko garam garam naan, roti ya chawal ke sath parosain. Ye dish khanay walon ko zaroor pasand aayegi.
