🧂 Ingredients (Ajza):

  • Machhli (Fish fillet) – 500 gram
  • Dahi – 1 cup
  • Adrak Lehsan paste – 1 chamach
  • Lal mirch powder – 1 chamach
  • Haldi powder – 1/2 chamach
  • Namak – zaiqe ke mutabiq
  • Garam masala – 1 chamach
  • Hara dhania – 1/2 cup (kata hua)
  • Pudina – 1/2 cup (kata hua)
  • Pyaz – 2 (bareek slice kiye hue, golden fry kar lein)
  • Chawal – 3 cup (ubalay hue)
  • Lemon – 2 (slice kiye hue)
  • Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Zarda rang – thora sa (pani mein ghola hua)

👨‍🍳 Tarika (Recipe):

  1. Sabse pehle fish ko ache se dho kar dahi, adrak lehsan paste, lal mirch, haldi, garam masala aur namak laga kar 30 minute ke liye marinate kar lein.
  2. Ek pan mein oil garam karein aur marinated fish ko golden fry kar lein. Side mein nikaal kar rakh dein.
  3. Ussi oil mein thora sa masala (marination wala) fry kar ke, hara dhania, pudina, fried pyaz aur lemon slices add karein.
  4. Ab ek degchi mein pehle chawal ki layer dalein, phir fish aur masalay wali layer. Is tarah se layer banate hue sari cheezein rakh dein.
  5. Upar se zarda rang wali layer daal kar 15 minute ke liye dum par rakh dein.
  6. Garam garam fish biryani salad aur raita ke sath serve karein.
✨ Tip: Fish ko zyada der fry na karein warna wo toot jaye gi. Hamesha soft aur juicy banayein.
